Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Tenerife, free of charge — hotel, apartment, villa or private address, north or south. Most of our deliveries go to Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje and Puerto de la Cruz, but the whole island is covered at no extra cost. Either airport, Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN), costs €25 each way, and collecting from us in Icod de los Vinos is free.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

It depends what you hire. Scooters, powerchairs, hospital beds and hoists carry a refundable deposit; rollators, walkers and manual wheelchairs need none. See our pricing page for details.

Can my equipment be ready when I land?

Yes. Choose airport delivery and we will have your mobility scooter or wheelchair waiting for you at Tenerife South (TFS) or Tenerife North (TFN) airport, and collect it there on the day you fly home — €25 each way.

Is the equipment cleaned between hires?

Always. Every item is safety-checked, fully charged and sanitised before each hire.
