A patient hoist lets a carer move someone safely between bed, chair, wheelchair and toilet without lifting them by hand. The Sunrise Medical Sunlift Micro is the most compact hoist in its range, so it moves easily around a hotel room, apartment or villa, and its electric lift takes the user from floor level up to bed height.

From the floor to the bed
The spreader bar travels from 46 cm to 148 cm, so it can lift someone from the floor and up onto the bed.
Legs that open with a pedal
Press the pedal to open the legs to 87 cm around a chair, or close them to 54.5 cm to pass through doors.
Safety first
Crossed hooks stop the sling straps slipping off, the battery gauge beeps at 50% charge, and the emergency lowering works even with a flat battery.
Overall height 113–172.5 cm, length about 1.1 m, castors of 75 mm (front) and 100 mm (rear) with 20 mm ground clearance. Steel construction. Rechargeable battery with charger.

Who operates the hoist?
The hoist is operated by a carer or family member, never by the user alone.
Which sling is included?
The hire includes a size L sling. If you are not sure about the size, ask us before you book.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, as with our other electric equipment: a refundable deposit of €150, paid with the booking and refunded to your card after collection.
Can I hire it together with a hospital bed?
Yes. The hoist works well with our electric hospital bed, as the spreader bar reaches well above mattress height. We deliver both in one visit.
