Which sling size will I get?
When you book, tell us the user's weight, height and level of support needed. We bring the matching sling and check the fit together at handover — and swap it if it is not right.
Does the hoist fit through hotel doorways?
Mobile hoists are designed for domestic doorways and hotel rooms. Tell us where you are staying and we will confirm access before delivery.
Do I need experience to use a patient hoist?
No. At handover we demonstrate a complete transfer and stay while you practise one yourself. Most carers feel comfortable within a few minutes, and we are one phone call away afterwards.
Can I hire a hoist and a hospital bed together?
Yes — it is our most common combination. Both are delivered and set up in one visit, and collected together at the end of your stay.
