Booking and payment

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as your travel dates are fixed. Our stock is limited and specific models — powerchairs, hospital beds, hoists — can be booked out in busy periods. That said, if you are already in Tenerife and need something today, call us: we will do what we can.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. You pay for the hire online when you book, and nothing else is collected at handover. No card is held on file.

Can I change my dates after booking?

Yes — contact us and we will move your booking whenever the equipment is available for the new dates. Travel plans change; we would rather adapt than lose you.

What is included in the price?

Free delivery and collection anywhere in our South Tenerife area, chargers and slings, setup and demonstration, and support in English, German and Spanish for the whole of your hire. See pricing for the full breakdown.

Where do you deliver?

Free across the south of Tenerife: Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje (including Torviscas, Fañabé, El Duque and La Caleta), plus Tenerife South Airport. Hotels, apartments and private villas.

Can my equipment be ready when I land?

Yes. Choose airport delivery and give us your flight number — we track the flight and meet you at Tenerife South Airport, then collect the equipment there when you fly home.

Will you set the equipment up?

Always. Hospital beds and hoists are assembled and tested in the room where they will be used, wheelchairs are adjusted to the user, and scooters arrive fully charged with a full handover of the controls.

Is the equipment cleaned between hires?

Every item is safety-checked, charged where relevant and disinfected before each hire — without exception. For bathroom equipment we take this particularly seriously.

How do I know which size or model to choose?

Tell us the user's height and weight and how you plan to spend the holiday, and we will recommend the right equipment. If it turns out not to be right once you try it, we exchange it.

Do I need a licence to drive a mobility scooter?

No. Scooters are driven at walking pace on pavements and promenades. We give you a proper handover so you feel confident before your first ride.

What if something breaks during my hire?

Call or WhatsApp us. If it has failed through normal use we repair or replace it at no cost, and we come to where you are staying. You will not be left stranded.

Getting around the south of Tenerife

Which beach is best if I want to swim with assistance?

Playa de las Vistas in Los Cristianos. It is the only beach in the area with an assisted bathing service open all year — amphibious chairs, amphibious crutches and a hoist, from 11:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00, run by Arona council, with no booking needed for individuals.

And in Costa Adeje?

Adeje council provides amphibious chairs at Torviscas, Fañabé and Playa del Duque. Torviscas and Fañabé also offer an assisted bathing service. Playa del Duque has the chair but no bathing support, so you will need a companion. Note that in Adeje the service cannot be booked in advance: it depends on availability and the lifeguard hours.

Can I travel between the resorts on a scooter?

Yes, and it is one of the joys of the south. The coastal promenade links Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje — around 9 kilometres of largely flat, paved walkway according to the local council, with beaches, cafés and shops the whole way.

Is airport assistance the same as hiring equipment?

No. Aena's "Servicio Sin Barreras" helps you move through the terminal and board the aircraft — request it at least 48 hours before your flight through your airline or at sinbarreras@aena.es. It does not provide equipment for your holiday. That is what we do.
