Do I need a licence to drive a mobility scooter in Tenerife?
No licence is needed. Mobility scooters are driven on pavements and promenades at walking pace. We give you a full handover so you feel confident before your first ride.
How far can I go on one charge?
Range depends on the model, rider weight and terrain, but a full battery comfortably covers a day of sightseeing along the coast. Your scooter comes with its charger — plug it in overnight and it is ready again by morning.
Can you deliver the scooter to Tenerife South Airport?
Yes. Choose airport delivery and we will meet you at Tenerife South (TFS) on arrival, so you can use the scooter from the very first minute — and hand it back at the airport when you leave.
What happens if the scooter has a problem during my hire?
Call or WhatsApp us and we will sort it out — usually with a quick fix or a replacement scooter brought to where you are staying. Support is available in English, German and Spanish.
