Hiring more than one item? Tell us what you need and we will put the whole set together for you — beds and hoists are usually hired as a pair, and we deliver everything in a single visit.

Chargers, slings and the bits that make the equipment usable are included, not sold separately.
Phone and WhatsApp support in English, German and Spanish. If something breaks, we fix or replace it.
No deposit. We do not hold a sum on your card and we do not ask for cash at handover.
No delivery fee. Anywhere in our South Tenerife area, including Tenerife South Airport.
No cleaning or handling fee. Sanitising the equipment between hires is our job, not a line on your invoice.
No charge for fair wear and tear. Equipment is used on holiday; scuffs happen. We only ask that it comes back in one piece.
No. You pay for the hire when you book online, and that is the end of it. No deposit is held and nothing extra is collected at handover.
Yes. Weekly rates work out lower per day than daily hire, and longer stays are better still. The exact total for your dates is calculated and shown before you pay.
Call or message us and we will extend your hire at the same rate, as long as the equipment is available. We would rather you enjoyed the rest of your holiday than rushed a return.
If it fails through normal use, we repair or replace it at no cost to you — that is our risk, not yours. Just call or send a WhatsApp message and we will come to where you are staying.
