Step one

Choosing the right equipment

If you already know what you need, book it. If you do not, tell us how you plan to spend the holiday and we will advise — it takes a two-minute conversation and it is the difference between equipment that helps and equipment that gets in the way.

The questions we usually ask: how far do you want to travel each day, is there someone who can push a wheelchair, how many steps are there where you are staying, and will you be using taxis or excursions? From that we can tell you whether a mobility scooter, a wheelchair or a simple walking aid fits best.

For wheelchairs we also need the user's height and weight, so we bring the right seat width. For a patient hoist, the weight and the level of support needed, so the sling is correct. Nothing complicated — but it is why our equipment tends to fit properly on arrival.

Step two

Booking and paying

Booking is done online: pick your equipment, choose your delivery and collection dates, and pay by card. You get an instant confirmation by email with your booking details and our contact numbers.

There is no deposit. You are not asked to leave a card on file, and there is nothing extra to pay at handover — delivery, collection, chargers, slings and support are all included in the price you see. If your plans change, contact us and we will move your dates whenever the equipment is free.

Step three

Delivery, handover and collection

We deliver free across the south of Tenerife: Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje, including hotels, apartments and private villas. We can also meet you at Tenerife South Airport so your equipment is ready the moment you land.

At handover we do not just drop the equipment and leave. We check it works, adjust it to you, show you the controls and — for a hoist or a hospital bed — stay while you try it once. Larger equipment is assembled and set up in the room where it will be used.

At the end of your stay we collect everything from the same place. Nothing to carry, nothing to return, no queue at a counter. Read more about delivery and collection.

During your hire

If something goes wrong

Equipment occasionally has a bad day. If yours does, call or send us a WhatsApp message and we will fix it or swap it — usually the same day, and always where you are staying. You will never be left stranded with a scooter that will not start.

Our support runs in English, German and Spanish, seven days a week during your hire.
