How do I know which size wheelchair to book?
When you book, tell us the user's height and weight and we will confirm the right seat width and configuration. If anything is not comfortable at handover, we adjust it or swap it.
Can I take the wheelchair on excursions and taxis?
Yes. Manual and folding chairs fit easily in taxi boots, and most tour operators in the south accommodate wheelchairs — just mention it when booking your excursion.
Is the beach accessible with a wheelchair in the south of Tenerife?
Several beaches in Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje have accessible walkways and adapted bathing points. The seafront promenade that links the resorts is flat and wheelchair-friendly for kilometres.
What if my dates change?
