We bring your mobility equipment to your hotel, apartment, villa or the airport — and collect it again when your holiday ends. Delivery and collection are always included in the price.

We cover the resorts of the south of Tenerife, plus Tenerife South Airport. Delivery and collection are free everywhere in this area.
Within Costa Adeje that includes Torviscas, Fañabé, El Duque and La Caleta. If you are staying somewhere else in the south and are not sure whether we reach you, ask us — we would rather tell you honestly than take a booking we cannot fulfil.
We agree a time with you. After booking we confirm a delivery window that fits your arrival — including a handover at hotel reception if you would rather not wait in the room.
We check the equipment with you. Scooters and powerchairs arrive fully charged; we run through the controls, the brakes and the charger. Wheelchairs are adjusted for height, seat width and footrests. Nobody is handed a set of keys and left to work it out.
Larger equipment is assembled and set up. Hospital beds and patient hoists are brought into the room where they will be used, assembled, tested and demonstrated. For a hoist we stay while you try one transfer, so the first real one is never the first try.

Instead of waiting for delivery at your hotel, you can have your scooter or wheelchair handed over at Tenerife South Airport (TFS). Give us your flight number when you book: we track the flight, so a delay is our problem, not yours.
The airport sits about 20 kilometres from the southern resorts, roughly 20 to 25 minutes by road. Folding scooters and wheelchairs fit easily into a transfer taxi or hire car. On the way home we meet you at the terminal before your flight and take the equipment back there, so you keep it right until check-in.
Larger items — beds, hoists — go straight to your accommodation instead, and can be set up before you arrive if your hotel or villa manager gives us access.
We collect from the same place we delivered — hotel reception, your apartment, the villa or the airport. Nothing to carry, no counter to queue at, no drop-off point to find on your last morning.
Beds and hoists are dismantled and removed by us. Scooters and wheelchairs are simply handed back. If your flight is early, we arrange collection the evening before or meet you at the terminal — whatever works for you.
Staying longer than planned? Call us and we will extend the hire if the equipment is available.
Yes — free delivery and free collection anywhere in our South Tenerife delivery area, including the airport. There is no separate delivery charge and no fuel surcharge. The price you see when you book includes it.
For scooters, powerchairs and hoists we prefer to hand over in person so we can demonstrate the equipment. For simpler items we can leave them with hotel reception if that suits you better — just tell us when you book.
Yes, if your hotel or villa manager gives us access. We regularly coordinate directly with reception so the bed is assembled, tested and ready in the room before check-in.
Give us your flight number and we track it. We will be there when you actually land — you do not need to call us from the plane.
